A quoi \u00e7a sert ?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En a\u00efkido il n&rsquo;y a pas de combat \u00e0 proprement parl\u00e9. La raison en est simple. Les techniques d&rsquo;a\u00efkido ont souvent une finalit\u00e9 d\u00e9finitive : soit une projection, soit une blessure sur un os ou une articulation. Et les projections peuvent \u00eatre dangereuses (imaginez un irimi nage sur une plaque de b\u00e9ton&#8230;).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est pour ces raisons, que la comp\u00e9tition ne s&rsquo;est jamais vraiment d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e dans la discipline. D&rsquo;abord parce qu&rsquo;elle limite \u00e0 quelques mouvements autoris\u00e9s par un r\u00e8glement une pratique martiale tr\u00e8s riche, et face \u00e0 des risques de blessures irr\u00e9parables. De plus le fondateur Morihei Ueshiba n&rsquo;y a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 favorable. Ce stress est important pour comprendre la finalit\u00e9 des mouvements dont l&rsquo;objectif initial \u00e9tait de terrasser un adversaire&#8230; de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9finitive. Bien entendu nous ne sommes plus \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e8re des samoura\u00efs, et nous ne sommes plus en situation de guerre quotidienne. Toutefois l&rsquo;essence d&rsquo;un art martial est la maitrise de technique guerri\u00e8res, militaires ou de d\u00e9fense. Il est important de l&rsquo;accepter pour avancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on comprend que s&rsquo;entrainer au katana est une version contemporaine de la maitrise d&rsquo;une arme destin\u00e9e \u00e0 pourfendre son adversaire. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une forme de travail libre, qui peut pr\u00e9senter plusieurs niveaux de difficult\u00e9s et un rythme plus ou moins rapide. Il peut s\u2019ex\u00e9cuter face \u00e0 un ou plusieurs attaquants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans cette forme de travail, le TORI (celui qui est attaqu\u00e9) choisit ses techniques sur l&rsquo;instant, en fonction de l&rsquo;attaque qui est choisie elle-m\u00eame par le UKE (celui qui attaque).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 la simplicit\u00e9 de ce principe, on peut n\u00e9anmoins d\u00e9finir quelques formes diff\u00e9rentes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>randori sur un seul type d&rsquo;attaque :<\/strong> shomen (frappe de haut en bas type matraque), tsuki (coup de poing direct), saisies kata-dori (\u00e9paules) ou katate-dori (poignets)&#8230;<\/li><li><strong>randori sur attaques uniquement :<\/strong> coups de pied, de poing, shomen, yokomen (frappe en diagonale de haut en bas)&#8230;<\/li><li><strong>randori sur saisies uniquement :<\/strong> aihanmi (poignet oppos\u00e9), gyaku (poignet de face), kata (\u00e9paules), ushiro (arri\u00e8re)&#8230;<\/li><li><strong>randori complet<\/strong> : Cette derni\u00e8re version est \u00e0 pratiquer apr\u00e8s un certain niveau (ou alors en vitesse r\u00e9duite pour les moins exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s). Le UKE choisit spontan\u00e9ment son attaque qui peut \u00eatre une saisie, une frappe des poings, des pieds, de la t\u00eate, des genoux, des coudes&#8230; <\/li><li><strong>Une exception : <\/strong>le randori comp\u00e9titif de l&rsquo;a\u00efkido Tomiki ou Shodokan. Ce travail est important pour d\u00e9velopper la rapidit\u00e9 de r\u00e9action, et maintenir un esprit combatif. <strong>L&rsquo;a\u00efkido n&rsquo;est pas une danse<\/strong>, m\u00eame si ses mouvements sont beaux. Les arts martiaux ont ce point commun, la maitrise des mouvements et leur ex\u00e9cution parfaite, donnent une impression d&rsquo;harmonie qui participent \u00e0 les rendre si captivants ! Cela se retrouve dans tous les arts martiaux : la perfection de la coupe au ia\u00efdo, la rapidit\u00e9 au kendo, l\u2019extr\u00eame pr\u00e9cision de l&rsquo;impact en karat\u00e9, la souplesse du judo, l\u2019explosivit\u00e9 du kung fu ou la fluidit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;a\u00efkido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-3 wp-block-gallery columns-6 is-cropped\"><ul UKE ne doit pas se donner \u00e0 minima, mais doit exprimer sa pleine puissance dans son attaque. Il doit vider son esprit et ne pas penser \u00e0 son petit bobo au pied ou sa journ\u00e9e de travail pass\u00e9e. Il doit tout donner et \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 fond\u00a0\u00bb. Ce principe permettra au TORI de prendre conscience de l&rsquo;importance du moment. De se mettre dans la position guerri\u00e8re du combattant. UKE doit attaquer comme si il devait d\u00e9truire celui qui est en face de lui. TORI doit pratiquer comme si sa vie en d\u00e9pendait \u00e0 chaque attaque. C&rsquo;est un peu excessif, mais cet \u00e9tat d&rsquo;esprit qui en d\u00e9coule permet aux deux pratiquants d&rsquo;\u00eatre en parfaite communion. Un randori r\u00e9alis\u00e9 dans ces conditions est un \u00ab\u00a0bon randori\u00a0\u00bb. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tout deux vont quitter le tatami central compl\u00e8tement vid\u00e9s et lib\u00e9r\u00e9s, heureux d&rsquo;\u00eatre venus au dojo ce jour l\u00e0&#8230; Bien entendu tout ce travail doit se faire en accord entre les deux pratiquants.
