Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un sport qui n\u00e9cessite une explosivit\u00e9, une force, une souplesse, pour \u00eatre sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 son adversaire, plus rapide, plus fort, plus impressionnant. Il est donc logique de travailler ces param\u00e8tres au travers du cardio, du renforcement musculaire ou de la souplesse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autant pour les arts d\u00e9fensifs, les avis sont partag\u00e9s. Certains consid\u00e8rent, qu&rsquo;on ne s&rsquo;\u00e9chauffe pas dans la rue, et que la pratique doit \u00eatre imm\u00e9diatement efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certes. Cela dit, dans la rue on dispose de param\u00e8tres compl\u00e9mentaires, qui repr\u00e9sentent des <strong>r\u00e9flexes primaires<\/strong>. Certains pourraient nous le reprocher, mais <strong>nous partons du principe que la discipline sollicite le corps de mani\u00e8re intense<\/strong>. Il est donc important de bien l&rsquo;y pr\u00e9parer. Cela nous a souvent voulu une r\u00e9putation \u00ab\u00a0guerri\u00e8re\u00a0\u00bb m\u00eame si nous ne cherchons pas \u00e0 rivaliser avec des boxeurs ou des champions taekwondo et de jujitsu br\u00e9silien.  C&rsquo;est justement dans ces disciplines que nous puisons nos id\u00e9es d&rsquo;\u00e9chauffements, pour nous pousser \u00e0 nous <strong>d\u00e9passer et \u00e0 nous pr\u00e9parer aux Sauf pour des \u00e9coles sp\u00e9cifiques comme le Shodokan (comp\u00e9titif) ou le Yoshinkan, les styles actuels comportent un \u00e9chauffement r\u00e9duit \u00e0 quelques mouvements articulaires ou \u00e0 une \u00ab\u00a0m\u00e9ditation active\u00a0\u00bb. Certains ne s&rsquo;\u00e9chauffent m\u00eame pas du tout et pratiquent les chutes ou le suwari waza \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 froid\u00a0\u00bb. A notre avis c&rsquo;est une erreur. La blessure intervient t\u00f4t ou tard et parfois de mani\u00e8re d\u00e9finitive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien entendu tous les \u00e9chauffements sont adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 nos \u00e9l\u00e8ves, et <strong>chacun peut s&rsquo;y retrouver<\/strong>.
